The toliets are downstairs too. Seating is also utilised in front of the café with 4 table and chair sets.

Free WiFi is offered to customers to bring in their laptops and accees the net.

There is a great espresso machine that is let from the coffee company for free. We purchase £125 worth of coffee from them per month.

The café is leased at approximately £1300 per month and there is just under 9 years left to run on the lease. There is £3350 deposit on the lease that would need to be returned to me. This deposit is repayable from the landlord to the lease holder in May 2009.

The café is currently completely staff run and I am selling as I have other ventures that require my attention and I will be setting up an overseas office for one of my other businesses and need to concentrate on that (I will be abroad for at least the next year). I just don’t have the time to give to this business to make it the succeess that it really could be. 

Trading hours are currently 8:30 to 3:30 and there is huge scope to expand. The downstairs rooms have never yet been utilised and there is great scope for a sandwich/baguette delivery round (lots of offices etc).

Currently the café breaks even/makes a small profit but with some input or an owner operator or couple running the café (less or no staff needed) would be a great business. This can be sold as the business only or with the holding LTD company.  Turnover is approximately £1100 to £1250 per week.

This also comes with the website.

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is payable by the winner within 2 days of the auction end. Once recieved I will remove the business from advertisement elsewhere.
